WedPrint ("we", "us", "our") is a custom 3D printing service operating at wedprint3d.com, serving couples in the Miami, FL area. We create personalised wedding keepsakes from photos you provide.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you place an order or contact us:

• Personal details: Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Order details: Wedding date, style preferences, colour palette, and special notes.
• Photos: Face photos, outfit references, pet photos, and inspiration images you upload. These are used solely to create your 3D design.
• Payment information: Stripe processes all payments. We never store your card details on our servers.
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use our website (pages visited, time on site).

3. How we use your information

• To create your custom 3D design from your photos.
• To communicate with you about your order status and design previews.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send you order confirmation and completion emails.
• To improve our service and resolve support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or photos to third parties. Your photos are used exclusively for your order and are not shared, licensed, or used in any marketing without your explicit written consent.

4. Photo storage and retention

Photos you upload are stored securely in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are accessible only to the WedPrint team for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We retain photos for 90 days after your order is complete, after which they are permanently deleted unless you have given consent for portfolio use.

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
